1. Is this website has only our community bride/groom listing?
o Yes, we are intended to support only the particular community bride/groom searches and no other community people are allowed to get registered.
2. Is it possible logging-in to my account immediately after creating membership?
o Yes, after creating your account you will get your matrimony ID via SMS on your mobile number and password on your email.
o In case if you are not able to receive the SMS, contact us from contact page or send mail to support@maduve.net.
3. Why reference name and number is required?
o This is additional info used to verify any member. This reference also will be used as an alternate contact number in case of emergency or suspicious behavior.
4. Why photo is required?
o A photo provides the maximum explanation and appearance about the member. And particularly when the matter is about matrimony, photos play a major role.
5. Why can't I see the profiles in detail as a FREE member?
o According to our policy, for security reason and to allow only those people who are serious about their match searches; only paid members will be allowed to view, shortlist other members profile.
o But, by creating a FREE membership you are enabling paid members to know about you and message you.
o FREE members are allowed read all received messages.
o FREE members are allowed to view the message senders profiles in detail.
6. Can I get the contact number of other members?
o Yes, you need to upgrade your account to get the contact numbers.
7. How to find the right membership and features?
o From home screen click on Membership
o Understand the features available with each plan in comparison chart.
8. How to upgrade and make payment?
o In Plans & Features, select the plan which suits your requirement and value for money plan and click Pay now button.
o You will be diverted to Payment Collect website of State Bank of India.
o Click on the check box to accept the Term and then click on the Proceed button below to continue.
o Select payment category as Matrimony services.
o Now fill-up your account details like, matrimony ID, mobile number, email ID and membership charge choose by you.
o Further for your safety and to generate e-receipt; fill-up your name, DOB, Mobile no. and security code displayed in the website.
o Click Submit
o Now select the mode of payments, ATM/Debit/Credit card, Net banking etc by clicking on it.
9. I have made the payment online still I am not able to view profiles in detail?
o Don't worry, you are in safe hands.
o Our finance team will approve your membership upgrading immediately after bank confirmation and will send you the payment confirmation mail.
o Please note that, sometimes the payment transaction gets delayed or won't happen even after successful transaction.
o The unsuccessful payments will be returned back to your account.
10. I have made the payment online at 8pm, still I am not able to view profiles in detail?
o Our finance team works from 10am to 6pm hence, payment made after 6pm will be upgraded only after next day 10am. Also note this may get delayed due to Sunday and Bank Holiday.
11. After finding my right partner, can I ask for the balance money?
o No, there won't be refund option.
12. I have paid twice for the same plan, by mistake. Can get the refund of excess amount?
o Yes, only in genuine case. Our team will contact you to verify and necessary action.
13. How to delete my account?
o Please login to your account and in Contact-us page, write us to delete your account with the details. That's it, your account will be deleted.
